Mike Brooder has worked as a Gresham, Oregon police officer since 2008. He currently serves as the entry element leader for the East Metro SWAT team, consisting of members of the Gresham Police Department and Multnomah County Sheriff's Office. He is an instructor in various disciplines within his agency, as well as for the Oregon Tactical Officers Association.

Erick has been a police officer since 2008 and a member of the Salem Police SWAT team since 2011. Erick is currently the Assistant Team Leader for Salem SWAT and is also an explosive breacher. Erick spent 9 years as a Detective for the Salem Police Strategic Investigations Unit (SIU) and was an FBI Task Force Officer. Erick is currently a CONSIMS and Patrol Tactics instructor.

Ofc. Casey Froehlich, Eugene Police. Region 2: Benton, Lane, Lincoln, Linn, Marion, Polk Counties.
Casey has been employed as a Police Officer since February 1995. I have worked as a Patrol Officer, Patrol Bicycle Team member, Field Training Officer, Vice/Narcotics Investigator, ATF Task Force Officer, Firearms Instructor, Tactics Instructor, Breaching Instructor, and full-time Training Officer.
Casey has been a member of the Eugene Police Special Weapons and Tactics Team since 2002. I have help multiple positions on the SWAT team, but I am currently assigned as an Assistant Team Leader, Lead Breacher and Breaching Instructor.
Casey is currently assigned to the Office of the Chief under the Training Section as one of five full time Training Officers for the Department.

Cpl. Chris Dode with Medford Police. Region 3: Coos, Curry, Douglas, Jackson, Josephine, and Klamath Counties
Jeff Frickey has been a Police Officer since 2004. He stated his career with Prineville Police and then moved to Bend Police in 2009. He has been on the Central Oregon Emergency Response Team (CERT) since 2007. He is currently assigned the Patrol Division, is an Assistant Team Leader for the CERT Team, and a Rescue Task Force Instructor for the Central Oregon Active Threat Committee (COATC). Both the CERT Team and COATC are comprised of every Law Enforcement Agency and Fire/EMS Agencies in Deschutes, Crook, and Jefferson Counties.

Jamin Van Meter has worked for the Oregon State Police since 1999 and joined SWAT in 2008. He currently serves as the Inner Perimeter/Sniper sergeant. Region 5: All-State and Federal agencies to include but not limited to: Oregon State Police, Department of Corrections, Department of Justice, FBI, ATF, Department of Homeland Security, Oregon National Guard Counter Drug (RAID), US Coast Guard.
